Which network does Rock Pay support?
Rock Pay supports USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Only send TRC20 USDT to your Rock Pay address — tokens sent on other networks may be lost.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification keeps accounts safe and helps prevent fraud. You can explore the app right away; deposits and transfers unlock once your verification is approved.
Are there fees?
Sending USDT involves a network fee. The exact amount, and the total that will be deducted from your balance, is shown on the confirmation screen before you send.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
