Delete your account and data

You can delete your Rock Pay account, and the personal data linked to it, at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what we are legally required to keep.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Rock Pay app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on this device.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app or can’t sign in, email us from the email address you use to sign in to Rock Pay:

1. Send an email to info@gbagroupservices.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. Include the email address of your Rock Pay account.
3. We may reply to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
4. We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email address)
• Your profile: name and phone number
• Your deposit address assignment, balance record, and deposit and transfer history in our systems
• Your identity verification status and references in our systems
• Your push notification token
• Your app passcode and biometric settings on your device (deleted by the app when you delete your account, or when you uninstall the app)

What we may keep, and for how long

• Records required by law — anti-money laundering and financial crime laws require us to keep identity verification records and transaction records for at least five years after our relationship with you ends. These records are kept securely, used only to meet those legal obligations, and then deleted.
• Identity verification provider — images and data you submitted during verification are held by our verification provider and deleted under our instructions, subject to the same legal retention periods.
• Public blockchain data — transactions on the TRON blockchain are public and permanent. No one, including us, can delete them, but they don’t include your name.
• Backups — deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days until they are overwritten.
